The founder of Sounderic Speech and Hearing Clinic is Sanya Modi. She holds certifications from the Rehabilitation Council Of India (RCI) as an audiologist and a speech-language pathologist, and she is a member of the Indian Speech and Hearing Association.

Sounderic was founded with the goal of offering the most effective, evidence-based speech and hearing care. At Sounderic, They want to help every patient realise their greatest potential. For both children and adults with speech and hearing difficulties, by offering speech therapy services.

What inspires you the most, what keeps you motivated?

The smile on my patient’s faces when they are able to communicate better.

Any advice you wanna give to the future generation?

Just start doing something today, and you will figure out the rest on the way. Don’t wait for the perfect time, the moment you start is where your perfect time starts.

What are your hobbies, other than work, what do You enjoy doing in your free time?

I love reading history and biographies, cooking and spending time with friends and family is the best way I enjoy my spare time.

What is one piece of advice you wish to give to a young business entrepreneur?

Work proficiently on making a good team to grow with. Hire good talent. Also, developing expertise in the skill is extremely crucial. Learn to do it before you delegate or outsource.

What excites you most about your industry?

The new fascinating cases I see every day. Each day comes with a new challenge. There is always a finish line and the competition to find solutions for others within me never stops.

What tools and processes make up your workflows? What apps, gadgets, or tools you can’t live without?

Wix is a great platform for startups in service industries. It has all the functionalities for marketing, automation, billing etc.

What are you currently reading, Any recommendations?

Doglapan by Ashneer Grover. I would recommend everyone should read Shoe Dog by Phil Knight.

One achievement of yours while working as an entrepreneur that amuses you the most.

That I have learned to become an admin, HR, marketing professional and salesperson all in the same day.
