Completing her schooling at Ryan International and graduating from Gargi College, Delhi University, she was always fascinated by dancing and even joined a choreography society to explore new dance forms and techniques. To continue the work she loved, Sanya joined a school as a dance teacher.
She even auditioned for the reality show Dance India Dance and was shortlisted in the top 100 but got rejected because her backstory wasn’t strong enough for the show. Sanya stayed in Mumbai for a few more auditions but ended up doing 10 ads in a year.
